We here at Nordic-Vikings have a few personal picks within games that we like and follow, Max Payne has been one of them we have played both Max Payne and Max Payne 2 “The fall of Max Payne” to bits and loved every moment of it so when we heard that there would be a third Max Payne we almost jumped of our chairs in joy.
Raspberry PI hits production

We have been following the development of the credit card size computer called Raspberry PI with great interest and were very happy to hear that the first order is being shipped to customers in the UK as we speak(… or type for that matter).
The little computer was delayed by lack of CE marking but this has been taken care of, and the Raspberry PI foundation now reports that mass production has started, when the rest of us will see any of them is still uncertain but it can’t be too long.
We’re planning on doing a write up about the little sensation and what we intend to use it for but this will have to wait until we get it!

Free Kitchen Converter
Tired of having to convert between US and Metric system when looking for recipes online? Well this is not a problem anymore! We here at Nordic-Vikings.net also had this issue, but decided to do something about it, and would like to share it with you.
The converter is made by us and is completely free of charge.
To operate this application, you need an active internet connection. Why you may ask? Well it’s because the actual conversion part is being done by our server. The reason we built it like this is because this way we can upgrade the application without you having to download new updates every time we fix a bug or make tiny changes to the software.

We have decided to open a store at CafePress.com as we were looking for some office supplies with our logo on and came across the site that allows us to share our designs with you as well as getting them for our own use. For now there is just a basic line of products with our new logo on and a few personal picks but we’re working on more so keep an eye on the store!
All money earned in this store will be put into making this site better, we have been talking about arranging contests and give-away’s and the more money we earn the better the prices will be!

This is the end of the road for us
It is with a heavy heart we have to inform you that we are going to shut down this site, it has been a great couple of years but we can’t make this work anymore. The site has no income but cost a bit to maintain and we cannot handle any more losses at this point. We’re also seeing that we do not have time to work on it and make it profitable either and have therefore decided to shut down affective next week.
